Our Story

About Us

Behind Ceylon Fusion are Gihan and Verena – a couple who are a well-coordinated team both personally and professionally. Together we share a passion for good food and Sri Lankan cuisine. We met in Sri Lanka, where Gihan already ran two restaurants right on the beach. Today, we are bringing a piece of this culinary home to Münster.

Gihan is not only a talented chef, but also a creative mind who rebuilt the food truck with his own hands. Every dish we serve is the result of his passion for fresh ingredients and exotic flavors.

Verena is the driving force behind the scenes. She supports Gihan in all organizational areas and ensures that everything runs smoothly.

And since February, our joint son Lio has also been part of the journey. He spreads good vibes and is already looking forward to his first Rice & Curry.

Together we form a strong team that brings Ceylon Fusion to the streets of Münster with a lot of heart and commitment.
